What to write about
A bug, or a resume that imported badly
Tell us which file format (PDF or Word) and which section came out wrong. If you can attach the resume that broke it, that is what gets it fixed fastest — import bugs are almost always specific to how one document was laid out.
Privacy questions
ThunderCV holds no accounts and stores no resumes, so there is usually nothing for us to export or delete. If you have a question about analytics or advertising data, write in and we will answer within 30 days.
Payments and refunds
If a payment succeeded but the download failed, or you were charged twice for the same download, include the payment reference and we will refund the affected amount.

We build the tool, not the career. We cannot review your resume individually, refer you to employers, or advise on a specific application. For that, the usage guide and the career blog are where our advice lives, and both are free.
