# ThunderCV

> A free, privacy-first resume builder for Indian job seekers. Resumes are built,
> scored and exported entirely in the browser — no file is ever uploaded to a
> server, and no sign-up is required.

ThunderCV focuses on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility. Every
template is tested by exporting it to PDF and re-extracting the text the way an
ATS would, so headings, contact details and bullet points survive parsing. There
are 19 templates covering fresher, technical, academic, creative and corporate
formats.

All processing is client-side: the PDF/DOCX parsing, the ATS scoring and the
job-description matching run in the visitor's browser.
